Invitation to universal prayer before the Coesfeld crucifix

Invitation to universal prayer before the Coesfeld crucifix

On March 31, the Sisters of Notre Dame received an invitation from Fr. Johannes Arntz, the Dean of St. Lamberti Parish in Coesfeld, Germany. Every day at noon there is a prayer service in front of the crucifx in St. Lamberti Church which is live streamed. (The Sisters of Notre Dame were founded in Coesfeld after our co-foundresses, Aldegonda Wolbring and Lisette Kuhling prayed before this crucifix, asking for guidance.) Fr. Arntz is calling all to open themselves to the power of the Coesfeld crucifix, the power of the compassionate Christ. He extended a special invitation to all the Sisters of Notre Dame to be a part of the world wide web of prayer. You can watch the live stream at https://www.webstream.eu/gottesdienststlambertikirchecoesfeld The prayer service is about 15 minutes long and includes music, a reading, reflection, intercessions and the prayer of the Our Father–all in German. Everyone is invited to send intercessions to kreuzgebet@lamberti-coesfeld.de Intercessions in English are also welcome. After the live stream, the video remains available for one day.
