How to participate in the 27 Blocks Campaign
Join a walk planned by others.
Visit our "27 Block" Google map to find a walk that works for you. Contact the organizer so they know you're coming -- or meet at the designated start spot.
Help us reach our goal of 27 groups participating between January 11 and February 12! Organize your own walk or "27 Block" activity. 
- Choose a day between January 11 and February 12, a time, and a location for your event. Some ideas: We have ice-skaters doing 27 loops in local ice-rinks with tables at the rink; students can run laps on their school track; the possibilities are endless. Make it your own, be creative, and get the WORD out!
- Let us know how you plan to participate at lisahelene@sndca.org or slaverynomore@gmail.com.
- Create large educational signs for passersby to be able to read from a distance.
Some examples: - Have plenty of flyers or other educational materials that will assist in people getting involved. Educate your group so they can respond to some basic questions or start intentional conversations.
- Take photos of your group for archival purposes.
