| DECEMBER 14, 2006 -- La Reina High School adopted 32 families this Christmas through the adopt-a-family program of the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels. The students and staff provided clothing, toys, books, furniture, housewares, appliances and other goodies for approximately 160 individuals who live in downtown Los Angeles. Two truckloads of gifts were sent to the cathedral on Wednesday, December 13. | |
| DECMBER 1, 2006 --Members of the Hope Club at Notre Dame Academy in West Los Angeles donated groceries and Thanksgiving meals to 26 families served by South Central LAMP. Each family received enough food for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a gift certificate to Ralph's. | |
