Sisters of Notre Dame in California

The Sisters of Notre Dame have founded and administered over twenty schools in California. Guided by their Educational Vision and Principles, they continue to work in parish schools and operate four independent Catholic schools in Southern California.
Current parish school ministries include:
St. Dominic School, Eagle Rock
St. Hedwig School, Los Alamitos
St. Helen School, South Gate
St. Jude the Apostle, Westlake Village
St. Luke the Evangelist School, Temple City
Our educational heritage and spiritual charism continues to live in the many schools that we founded. Our former colleagues, students and SND Associates often bring our spirit to the lay faculty and staff. We provide retreats and other resources and maintain close contact with many of our "SND Heritage Schools."
Schools that we founded:
Southern California Parish Schools
St. Matthias High School, Downey
